Application

Network optical taps are deployed at any inline connection in the network and therefore add no additional overhead or management burden to the network equipment, replicating traffic for the monitoring/security infrastructure. RBWDM taps are compatible with monitoring equipment from all major manufacturers, including protocol analyzers, probes and intrusion detection systems, and are protocol independent.
