15 Ton scroll type packaged water cooled chiller build with 1 or 2 or 4 refrigeration cycles. We use hemetic scroll type compressor Copeland brand or Daikin Brand or Danfoss Brand. Water cooled chiller must work together with water cooling tower and cooling pumps. 15 Ton Water-cooled chillers are composed of compressors, condensers, evaporators, expansion valves, circulating water pumps, electrical control systems, and racks. The main difference between air-cooled chillers and air-cooled chillers is that the condenser has a different form. Water chillers generally use shell and tube heat exchangers.

Water cooled chiller designed and manufactured by OUMAL consists of scroll compressor, water-cooled shell and tube type condenser, shell and tube condenser or stainless steel water tank coil or stainless steel plate heat exchanger as the evaporator and water pump. There are different types of evaporators for closed loop or open loop requirements depending on the needs of water chiller end users and different water chiller applications.

Water-cooled chillers are widely used in various industries due to their low impact on ambient temperature, low unit cost and high cooling energy efficiency. It should be noted that water-cooled chillers need to use cooling towers and pumps to provide cooling water source. Of course, it would be better if there is already a cooling water system.

    From the working principle of the water-cooled chiller, we can see that the water-cooled chiller is composed of an electric control system, a refrigeration system, a cooling water circulation system, and a chilled water circulation system. The refrigerant (refrigerant) is compressed in the compressor to form a gas-liquid mixture, and the heat is transferred to the cooling water after being condensed in the condenser. The refrigerant absorbs heat in the evaporator under the control of the throttling device and gradually vaporizes. Then it is sucked into the compressor to enter the next cycle.

 Since the cooling water temperature is less affected by the ambient temperature, the cooling efficiency of the water-cooled chiller is relatively stable. Even when the ambient temperature rises in the summer (autumn) season, the attenuation of its cooling capacity is much smaller than that of the air-cooled chiller. Another advantage of the water-cooled chiller is that since it does not use a condensing fan, it can be installed in some places with higher requirements for noise or indoor places without exhaust facilities.

    Water-cooled chillers are often used in occasions that require large cooling capacity due to their low cost and high energy efficiency ratio, such as air-conditioning refrigeration, temperature control of chemical reactors, and centralized refrigeration in factories.
