1. Compressor

Selected imported new high-efficiency scroll compressors and screw rotary compressors (the most advanced 5:6 patented asymmetric rotors), such as BITZER (Germany Bitzer), HANBELL (Taiwan Hanbell), and Copeland of the United States. 2. Evaporator

The copper tube of the evaporator adopts internal and external threaded reinforced tube. The surface of the copper tube is threaded, the outer surface of the copper tube is smooth, and the cooling effect is good. The evaporator body is insulated with a 25mm thick PE insulation board, which does not condense and reduces the loss of cooling capacity. The air-cooled screw chiller uses a shell and tube evaporator, which is independently designed and produced by OUMAL Refrigeration.

3. Condenser

The condenser adopts the copper tube imported from abroad and is processed into a trapezoidal low-rib tube to enhance the heat transfer capacity. The surface of the copper tube is smooth, which reduces the water pressure and is easy to clean and maintain. It uses a fan to dissipate heat, so it uses a finned condenser, which is also independently designed and produced by OUMAL Refrigeration.

4. protection device

The protection device is to ensure that when the chiller fails, it can be started as soon as possible and protect the chiller from secondary damage. Its protection devices mainly include: compressor delay start protector, overload protector, high and low pressure protector, temperature control switch, antifreeze switch, fuse plug, electronic time protection safety valve, compressor overheat protector, frequent compressor start The protector and abnormal indicator light ensure the normal operation of the unit.

5. control system

AC contactors, electrical accessories, etc. are selected from Omron and South Korea’s LG brand original authentic products, and the control panel is selected from the United States punp brand (microcomputer English digital display), which can be remotely monitored and controlled according to user needs. Multiple functions such as automatic loading and unloading, timing switch machine and recording the cause of failure; simple operation, the host is connected to the power supply. The failure rate is low, the safety factor is high, the installation is simple, the system control can be adjusted in real time, and it is intuitive and reliable.
