High speed Aerosol Filling Line is high performance aerosol production line which adopts U shape design layout, using 2 sets of AFS-120 Automatic Aerosol Filling Machine and 2 sets of Aerosol Valve Inserter for aerosol product filling, valve inserting, crimping and gassing.
The end parts adopt high speed machines including AWC-120 Aerosol Can Check weigher，AWT-3600 Water-bath Leakage Tester, AWP-100 Automatic Actuator Placer and ACP-100 Automatic Cap Presser, make the aerosol production line to reach the high speed at 15,000 cans an hour.
This high performance high speed aerosol filling line is recommended for aerosol product production such as incecticide, pesticide, spray paint, air freshener, body spray, deodorant spray, antiperspirant spray, hair spray, rust remover, furniture care spray, leather care spray.
The whole production line adopts no can no filling, auto shut down when cans stuck, the crimping heads are with automatic locking device to stabilize the sealing quality. The propellant filling heads are also no can no filling, accurate , efficient and small in gas consumption. Adopts Japan SMC pneumatic components.
