Features
A cable's application mode is primarily for connecting electric vehicle charging devices to charging infrastructures, providing fast power transmission for electric vehicles, and it is equipped with a set of signal and control lines to ensure accurate control and an error-free charging process. Generally, cable use is used at charging stations, large parking lots, hotels, garages, and other places.
The main elements of the cable structure are comprised of the power core, ground wire, signal wire or shield wire set, return pipe, filler and reinforcing rope combination. To increase its current carrying capacity, DC+ and DC-conductors are immersed in a cooling medium which is then circulated through a return pipe. The result is a high-power fast charging process with minimal conductor cross sectioning. This product offers outstanding characteristics such as oil resistance, water resistance, acid/alkali resistivity and increased wear resistance. Further safety measures have been implemented to make this product RoHS 2.0 and REACH compliant as well as UV resistant and flame retardant. As an extra guarantee it has obtained IEC standard product certification at TUV.
