How To Program HID Proximity Cards?
125Khz Rfid Proximity Card HID ordering code number for the ISO Standard 26-bit format is H10301. The H10301 has 255 possible facility codes from 1 to 255. There can reach up to 65,535 card ID numbers, from 1 to 65,535, per facility code. The total number of cards that can use the entire range without duplication is 16,711,425.
These HID Clamshell Proximity Cards come with a printed serial number and a cross reference list is provided to cross refer to the internal Site Code and Card Number.
The HID Prox credentials are site coded. So when ordering for an existing system you will need to specify your site code. If however, you are ordering for a new system, request a new site code.
As well as the site code these credentials can be encoded in a number of formats. The default format is “Progeny 26bit” if your format is different please specify it on the order. You can find the format on the cross-reference sheets and packaging of the previously supplied cards and or fobs.
