♦Welding fabricated by three layers of stainless steel boards with body and pipelines bright finished, the tank is fully up to GMP requirements.

♦ According to different requirements of workmanship, the tank body can head and cool materials with the way of heating by steam or electricity and with convenient material discharging either by direct discharging or being configured with pump for discharging.

4. Water circulation:Mechanial seal cooling system. Protect the Homogenizer to use longer（can choose Single Layer Tank）

5. Agitator Motor:

* SIEMENS motor and reducer (can change to ABB motor)

6. Agitator:

* Mixing part: Frame oar scraping blender with one fixed oar.

* Stirrer paddle: Stir up and down, mixing more evenly.

* Wall Scraper: PTFE material, Scraping off the materials that stick on pot wall, to make all materials mixing more evenly.

7. Bottom Homgenizer(can choose upper homogenizer):

* SIEMENS motor

* Speed: 0-3600rpm

* Homogenizer part: Rotor and stator adopts wire-cutting finish machining high shearing homogenizer, smooth emulsion to 2μm.

8. Discharge part:Bottom discharge, dished bottom design and bottom flat valve to make discharge completely.

* Shell material: SUS304, thickness: 2mm
