Fiberglass epoxy resin fr4 g10 g11 threaded rods & nuts

Sales Fiberglass epoxy resin fr4 g10 g11 threaded rods & nuts

Fiberglass Reinforcing Bars/Fibreglass Rod are available to be customized and This material is manufactured to a mechanical property specification and the color of the material may vary significantly from batch-to-batch.

Product Detail

G10 and FR4 glass cloth reinforced epoxy - Natural colors are usually pale yellow to light green. The most versatile all-round laminate grade is a continuous glass woven fabric impregnated epoxy adhesive. Epoxy resin is one of the most versatile and widely used plastics in the electronics industry, primarily because its water absorption is almost zero, making it an excellent insulator.

In addition to its electrical insulating properties, epoxy resins have excellent dimensional stability (typically less than 1% shrinkage) and excellent adhesion properties. G10 / FR4 has extremely high mechanical strength, good dielectric loss performance and good electrical strength properties, whether wet or dry. The main difference between NEMA grades G10 and FR4 is that FR4 is the flame retardant grade of G10. Therefore, in the case where G10 is required, FR4 can be safely replaced, and in the case where FR4 is required, G10 can never be replaced.

Epoxy glass rods are made by boards mill or with rolled and press pre-preg material.

Available in diameter from 4 mm to 150 mm in length 1000 - 1250 - 2000 mm or cut in different sizes.

Made by FR4 - G11 - FR5 - G10 - HGW2372 - EPGC203 can be supply with or without thread.

Packing & Delivery:

The methods employed to pack composite insulators are the result of experience gained from shipping millions of insulators to user warehouses and construction sites in a large number of countries worldwide. The packing method illustrated below have been developed to minimize possible damage during shipment and storage as well as to reduce space and freight cost. The separators are made by wood.
