Note: normally there is a cutting tolerance of 0.2-0.9mm for square tube,0.2-.0.7mm tolerance for round pipe.The cutting accuracy also results from materials themselives 1.Dimensional accuracy-bow and twists and rust status, residual stress in welded tube or the corners form square tube aren't perfect 90-degree and the shape isn't a true square. Therefore:1.in square tube-the opposing round holes line-up tolerance 0.4--0.9mm(offset) 2.opposing round holes in round pipe such tolerance will be 0.2-0.5mm 3.materials seperation edges torelance 0.2-0.5mm.
