All process valves on main processing lines (H2 gas line, O2 gas line and lye circulation lines) are to be imported from Swagelok, USA / Modentic, Taiwan which are found with best quality around world for water electrolysis.

The material of all process pressure vessels is of 321L SS stainless steel material, to ensure the vessel to fit for the water electrolysis (KOH solution as electrolyte with high operating pressure (1.50MPa-3.0MPa(g) and operating temperature 85 deg.C; );

The material of process pipe line are of 321L SS stainless steel material, for H2 gas pipeline, O2 gas pipeline and lye circulation pipelines, etc. The pipe size is designed accurately so as to ensure the gas velocity through the pipe lines is restricted within the limit as per international standard code.

Pneumatic regulating diaphragm valves to be imported from USA are used for the regulating the operating pressure, differential pressure between H2-lye level and O2-lye level and operating temperature.

All online analyzers including percentage H2 in O2 analyzer, percentage O2 in H2 analyzer((optional)) are sourced from GE sensing, USA to monitor the gas purity, sending signal for alarm / interlock system in case of any poor purity to be found in the gas.

Configuration of PLC control and monitoring unit (according to user requirements), an operation-friendly human-machine interface to be provided for the operator to operate and monitor hydrogen generator, including data acquisition and display, historic data record and trench, alarm and interlock, operation priority classification, etc. completely ensure the safety and reliability for hydrogen generator.
