The equipment uses water electrolysis to generate pure hydrogen and pure oxygen. By controlling the liquid level of hydrogen 1 oxygen tank, to ensure the hydrogen purity. It will go through the processes such as hydrogen washing, gas I liquid separation,cooling, purifying deoxidization and dryprocess to produce high purity hydrogen.
1.Apply Scope
CHG series hydrogen equipment increase dryer and purifer based on CHO series hydrogen equipment.
It makes hydrogen outlet punity up to 99.9999%, the dew point down to -75C and hydrogen outlet pressure up to 3.2Mpa.
This equipment suits for higher requiremnents for hydrogen purity.
We can make the appointed hydrogen equ ioment according to the client's needs.
2.Structure Characteristics
1. electrolytic cell: Use special matenal for pollar frame. It solves problem of electrocorrosion and prolong the Iftimne of electrolysis cell. The cell uses non- asbestos membrane.
2. Gas / liquid separator: simplifes the previous product structure, makes space smaller and better effects of gas / liquid separator,
3. Explosion-proof design: all the parts are designed as explosion-proof. Clients can choose the appointed brand parts if they
required.
4. Cabinet: one integrated cabinet, containerizing or disassemble according to the client's requirements. Note: Model below CHG-
100, the equipment can be designed in containerizing cabinet. Model above CHG- 100, the electrolytic tank needs to be placed alone and gas / liquid separator can be designed in containerizing cabinet.
5. Purifer & diryer:
|.condensate water in the system can be automatically released without any independent control.
