EDFA Optical Amplifier Module

RBWDM's low noise factor EDFA module is widely used for fiber optic sensing and communications. It is powered by a 980 nm or 1480 nm pump laser operating in AGC, ACC or APC mode.

It uses DC+5V/GND or DC+3.3V/GND as the power supply and a user-friendly RS232 serial port as the communication interface for easy internal configuration, real-time parameter monitoring, and remote management and control of the line.

It features high output power, large gain and variable gain range >20dB. It can work in C-band and L-band to meet the different needs of customers.

Based on the internal fine temperature control technology, it provides excellent temperature characteristics at -20~60°C even in harsh operating environments.
