iSuo Chem® Fluidising hyperdispersant 5002 is composed of 100% special benzidine yellow derivatives. Dispersing agent 5002 also named as fluidising agent. It is mainly suitable for dispersing of organic pigment red & pigment yellow in oil based & solvent based along with 5024, 5371, 5018, 7001, 3004/3005 etc.
iSuo Chem® Reddish Yellow powder hyperdispersant 5002 can surprisingly decrease viscosity of dispersions since the adsorption ability of other Hyperdispersants in the pigment surface has greatly improved. Milling time will be significantly shorted. Dispersions thus obtained have higher pigment content, improved color strength, better gloss, more excellent anti-flocculation ability and dispersing stability than conventional manner. Because of color strength of dispersion has been increased more than 20% (carbon black dispersion can be increased more than 70%), energy consumption needed for milling has been reduced more than 30%, and production efficiency has been doubly increased, manufacturing cost of inks and paints will be reduced. The forming-film of inks or paints will be more lubricous, glossy and clear.
