Shortly Description：

The PVC AT24C64 IC Card provides 65,536 bits of serial electrically erasable and programmable read only memory (EEPROM) organized as 4096/8192 words of 8 bits each. With 8192-byte non-encrypted card has only two operations: read and write.
The AT24C32/64 is available in space saving 8-pin JEDEC PDIP, 8-pin and 14-pin JEDEC SOIC, 8-pin EIAJ SOIC, and 8-pin TSSOP packages and is accessed via a 2-wire serial interface.
In addition, the entire family is available in 5.0V (4.5V to 5.5V), 2.7V (2.7V to 5.5V),2.5V (2.5V to 5.5V) and 1.8V (1.8V to 5.5V) versions.

AT24C64 Chip Cards Features:

•  AT24C is the serial number, and the number part is the K-bit capacity, which are 2K, 4K, 8k, 16K, 32K, 64K,
• Its use method is exactly the same as EPROM, the storage structure is simple, and it only has two operation functions: read and write;
•  Mainly used to store some data with low confidentiality requirements;
•  The working frequency of AT24C series is 1MHz (5V), 1MHz (2.7V), 400KHz (1.8V);
•  The working voltage is 5V ± 10%, and can be as low as 1.8V according to requirements;
• ICC current reading maximum is 1mA, writing maximum is 3mA;
•  The number of write/erase is 10 million times;
• The data is kept for 100 years;
• The working temperature is O-70℃, which can exceed the specified working temperature according to requirements;
• The communication protocol complies with ISO/IEC 7816-3 synchronization protocol, two-way serial interface;
