It features independent controlled burners, each control every 6” cooking zone, which allows to cook separate foods simultaneously on the cooking surface. This unit comes with complete LP/NG orifice kit for simple field conversion.
The Rebenet GCB36L Lava rock gas charbroiler comes with stainless steel front, sides, and crumb tray. It features cast iron straight burner with 20,000 Btu/hr for each and independent control valve for every 6” cooking zone. It shipped with lava rocks together.
