Main Features:

1. Liquid Mixer Machine is used for making shampoo, liquid soap, liquid detergent, liquid washing product and so on. It is with has high speed disperser. It is good for mixing and dispersing viscous liquid etc.

2. The Liquid Soap Making mixing system adopts single-direction or double-direction wall scraping blending and frequency conversion speed adjustment to satisfy production of different technological requirements.

3. To speed up dissolution and emulsification of materials, bottom installation type dispersing head and pipeline type emulsifying head are optional.

4. Steam/ Electric heating with digital temperature control, When the Liquid Chemical Mixer Machine contents reach that temperature, we need the heating to automatically turn off.

* SIEMENS motor and reducer (can change to ABB motor)

5. Agitator:

* Mixing part: Frame oar scraping blender with one fixed oar.

* Stirrer paddle: Stir up and down, mixing more evenly.

* Wall Scraper: PTFE material, Scraping off the materials that stick on pot wall, to make all materials mixing more evenly.

6. Bottom Homgenizer(can choose upper homogenizer or dispenser):

* SIEMENS motor

* Speed: 0-3600rpm

* Homogenizer part: Rotor and stator adopts wire-cutting finish machining high shearing homogenizer, smooth emulsion to 2μm.

7. Discharge part:Bottom discharge, dished bottom design and bottom flat valve to make discharge completely.

8. Electric control system & Platform(Optional)
