Description
Automatic case packing machines is used for packing cans into case automatically, it is composed of Case Erector, Case Packer, Case Sealer.

Features:
1.  Automatic case erector is aiming to achieve continuous carton loading, automatic open and fold the carton paper to form a bottom sealed box, the carton page at bottom is folded at a certain sequence and supplied to product loading machine to compose a production line. Capacity at 2-5 case/min
 
2. Automatic case packer with Automatic Can feeding and carton box feeding, it is connected to the end of the filling line and automatic carton opening and folding line relatively. In the servo packing system, there is feeding array servo system, folding unit, vacuum unit and servo packing unit to achieve automatic array and positioning. Capacity at 2-3 cases/min.
 
3. Automatic Case sealer based on the sizes of carton box, preset the working width and height of the case sealing machine. A stable running is achieved by driven belts. There are safety unit to cover the knives and this machine can be run individually or connected to the production line. Capacity at 5-15 case/min
