Automatic Single Head Capping Machine is
controlled by PLC and equipped with photo electricity instruction and pneumatic
action.
Bottles will be positioned by two cylinders
for automatic cap loading and closing.
Automatic cap catching is controlled by
double-acting cylinder, the cap loading is accurate.
With servo motor to drive capping head,
capping torque is adjustable according to different caps.
The capping head has a clutch to avoid over
capping which damage the caps.
It is suitable for capping of 1-5kg bottle
plastic caps, also can be custom-made for 10-30L bottles.
