Main Features
➢ Single Hydrogen equipment production capacity can reach 20Nm3/h-1200Nm3/h,Hydrogen production station layout.
All stainless steel equipment appearance polishing treatment,the diaphragm of electrolyzer is designed with SPE ion-exchange membrane,the operating current density up to 6000A/m2, the whole equipment has small volume, light weight and high purity of hydrogen production.
Zxd series SPE ion-exchange membrane water electrolysis hydrogen production system adopts SPE diaphragm alkaline electrolyzer,with high current density,small overall equipment volume ,light weight,high hydrogen production purity .The single Hydrogen equipment production capacity is in the range of 5-1200nm3 / h for users to choose.
The electrolyzer adopts alkaline ion membrane which is different from traditional asbestos or non asbestos materials. The membrane's thickness is only 0.2-0.3mm, membrane resistance is low, and current density is 2-3 times higher than asbestos membrane. The current density is 4000-6000a / m2
