Overview of Process
● The modular electrolyzer with bipolar pressurization technology adopts special design and materials
● In the compact electrolyzer, patent material is used as sealing gasket, carbon steel and pure nickel coating are used as bipolar plate.
● The Special activation treatment is carried out on the cathode of the electrolyzer to ensure the high water electrolysis efficiency with low power consumption and save electric energy for customers
● An electrolyzer is composed of a plurality of stage plates;The voltage of each electrolyzer is adjustable from 1.8 to 2.2V, and the DC voltage is adjustable from 30V to 58V according to the rated voltage of electrolytic; maximum DC current 820A
● The chemical KOH(concentration 25-30%) is used as an additive in electrolytes to increase the conductivity.
● Through special technology, the hydrogen generator can be designed and operated under the pressure of 1.50 MPa (g) without using any gas compressor.
● All process valves on the main production lines will be imported from Swagelok,USA / Taiwan Hyundai.
● All process pressure vessels are made of 321 stainless steel
● The pneumatic diaphragm valve imported from the United States is used to regulate the working pressure, the pressure difference between H2 alkali level and O2 alkali level and the working temperature.
● All on-line analyzers are sensed from imported equipment to monitor gas purity and send alarm / interlock system signals when any poor purity is found in the gas.
● It is used for PLC control configuration and easy to operate man-machine interface for operators to operate and monitor hydrogen generator, including data acquisition and display, historical data recording and trenching, alarm and interlocking, operation priority classification, etc., fully ensuring the safety and reliability of hydrogen generator.
