Metal Carved Panels made up of three layers: the top material is embossed metal board coated with Alu-zinc,the middle is fire-safe material and Polyurethane foaming and the back is glass fiber paper.It could be used on any structural buildings : brick wall, steel structure, cement wall, wood wall etc for decoration and insulation.This high quality light steel outdoor decorative sandwich board contains 3 materials which ensure the product the best and stable performance of decoration and insulation.

Traditionally, carved panels generally suffer from degradation of the base material caused by permeable water and cold, which leads to problems such as water seepage on indoor walls. The excellent structure of the external wall insulation and decoration integrated board and the compact concave-convex plug-in buckle-groove installation method between the plates avoid the structural damage caused by rain, snow, freezing, thawing, dry and wet cycles, and eliminate the wall after installation. The worries of water seepage on the surface effectively avoids the phenomenon of mildew on the indoor wall. Even in severe cold areas, the external wall insulation and decoration integrated board with stable performance has no worries about water seepage and deformation, which extends the service life of the building.

2. Core material: rigid polyurethane foam, density: 40kgs/m3

3. Backside: aluminum foil/ AL steel

1. Pattern: fine brick series, crude brick series, tile series, mosaic     series, plain series, wood series, marbling series, bark series,etc

2. Colors: paint with single color or double colors, all colors could paint as you required.

3. Length :2000-6000mm width: 383mm, thickness : 16-20 mm
