Yes, OEM can be carried out, and R&D can be carried out according to customer requirements. For products developed by customers, we will have relevant confidentiality agreements to ensure the security of customers' intellectual property rights.
4. How to get samples? Ordinary sample cycle, custom sample cycle?
For conventional samples, our lead time is 3 days. If you need OEM or research and development, you need to negotiate.
When price is negotiated, you can consider taking samples, and we will charge the sample fee and shipping fee. These fees will be refunded in bulk
5.Shipping problem

6.How To Ask for support if products failure in warranty?
1. Email us about PI number, serial number,Product S/N number, show us more details such as: pictures, your testing report or video, if it is the quality problem of product itself, we will resend a new one.
