Air-blown optical cable is a kind of fiber optic cable that uses air delivery during installation. It is to use high-pressure to suspend the optical cable in the microtube. While the air blown fiber optic cable itself is being propelled by the driver, the high-speed flowing gas carries the optical cable and advances together. It is very convenient.
Air-blown Optical Cable up to 144C
The air-blown optical fibers are housed in loose tubes that are made of high-modulus plastic and filled with tube filling compound. The tubes (and fillers) are stranded around a non-metallic central strength member and surrounded with dry water-blocking material to form a cable core. An extremely thin outer PE sheath is extruded outside the core.Any further informaiton, please contact SZOPT anytime.
