Q1: What are the terms of payment?

A: For the sample order, we suggest full payment. For wholesale order, we accept 70% T/T in advance, balance to be paid before shipment. You could choose Alibaba trade assurance to secure your payments.

Q2: Do you accept sample order and how long will it takes?

A: Yeah, we accept sample order for your test. Sample fee will be a little expensive, but we will refund the extra money after you place the container order to us. It usually takes 5-10 days to produce a sample. 

Q3: How do you ship the goods?

A: We ship samples by International Express such as UPS or TNT, EMS, TNT,ect and for bulk orders we suggest ship the goods by sea. 

Q4: Do you accept OEM service?

A: Yes, we accept OEM service and we can produce according to your samples or technical drawings and print your brand on scooter. More requirements pls kindly advise us.

Q5: How to make order online?

A: As our products contain a lot of style, the product price & shipping fee is very different base on your detailed order and to different destination. Please message us your order details after you put an order online, we will adjust the last price on your order page, We suggest you arrange the payment after we confirm all the details.

Q6: What should i do if the product is damaged?

A:We will check all items before shipment.However,if you receive a damaged item,we will resend it to your.

Q7: What is your after-sale service? 

A:Within 1 year, we provide free spare parts for repairment ; if the product could not be repaired, we provide whole new one for free.
