Polyflora honey is honey bee made from wild flowers of various plants in forests, in mountains. Also named multiflower honey, wildflower honey.  It is light amber to dark amber color, liquid. The taste, aroma and flavor are vary with the region. Wildflower honey has many benefits, like boosted energy levels, prevention of allergies etc. 

Honey is a sweet food made by bees from the flowers' nectar or honeydew droplets. It is the only foods that includes all the substances necessary to sustain life, including enzymes, vitamins, minerals, and water and even more, it is also the only food that contains pinocembrin, an antioxidant associated with improved brain functioning.
