Test Procedure
After collection,remove and dispose the upper triangle part of the saliva collector. Then tear the seal of the lysis buffer tube. Press gasbag A of the pipette and dip it into saliva sample. Release gasbag A until the sample filled the whole tube.
Then press gasbag A to transfer the sample into the pre-opened lysis buffer. Cover the sampling tube with the dropper and squeeze the tube from the outer wall 5 times to completely dissolve the sample in the buffer. Open the aluminum foil pouch, take out the test cassette and lay it on a dean flat surface,add 4 drops(approximately 100μ） processed sample extract into the sample well. The results should be observed within 15-20 minutes. Result observed after 20 minutes is invalid.

2、Spit at least 1 mL of saliva sample into the saliva collector
3、Remove and dispose the upper triangle part of the saliva collector.Then tear the seal of the lysis buffe tube.
4、Transfer the saliva sample into the lysis buffer sapling tube with the pipette
5、Cover the tube with the dropper
6、Squeeze the swab from the outer tube wall 5 times
7、Add 4 drops processed sample extract into the sample well
8、Observe the results within 15-20 minutes
Interpretation of assay result
Positive：Two lines appear. One colored line should be in the control line region (C), a colored line appears in test line (T) region.
it indicates that antigen is detected.Samples with positive results should be confirmed with alternative testing method(s) and clinical findings before a diagnosis is made.
Negative：Only one colored control line appear, it indicates that no antigen is detected, and the result is negative.
Invalid：Control line fails to appear,the test result is invalid regardless of whether there is a burgundy test line, and it should be tested again.
