INTRODUCTION
This Battery Tester is mainly used for lithium battery charging and discharging cycle test. The test items include battery charging protection voltage, discharging protection voltage, capacity, etc. The equipment has four test steps: charging, discharging, shelving and cycling. By editing the corresponding step, the battery can be tested according to the set process.

The basic performance of the tester
1. Charging and discharging functions
It has the functions of constant current and voltage charging and constant current discharging, charging and discharging batteries and recording the capacity of batteries.
2. Charge-discharge interface
It fully meets the requirements of charging and discharging ports and charging and discharging ports of battery packages, namely, two wires (P + P-) and three wires (P + P - C-). At the same time, the electric tool battery (CH+P+P-) which can aging positive plate charging protection and negative plate discharging protection can be used.
3. Check Voltage Protection
By charging and discharging the batteries, it can be detected whether the charging protection and discharging protection of the batteries play a role.
4. Safety Protection
Anti-reversal protection function; upper and lower limits of voltage setting protection; safe discharge current protection.
5. Online Mode
If the instrument is single or less than 5, PC can be connected through serial port.
More than 5 computers are connected by network mode. PC computer can control less than 60 instruments by only providing a network port.
6. Control System
The software system adopts classical mature C/S mode. There are two modes of communication: serial port and network. Serial port can realize accurate communication of several instruments in short distance, and network can realize accurate communication of many instruments in long distance.
7. Management software
Based on Windows operating interface, using SQL database to store test data, it is very convenient for staff to inquire and export data online. According to the battery bar code, time and equipment number, the aging curve of charge and discharge can be viewed, and the curve can be derived at the same time.
