The dual layer structure of insulation/hot melt adhesive effectively provides electric insulation and shock protection to busbar up to 24KV. Widely used to protect irregular shape busbar or connectors where tube products can not be applied.

Cotran wraparound repair sleeve (CWRS) is designed to repair damaged cable jackets and protect cable or pipes where needs corrosion protection on undamaged ones. CWRS is made from modified cross-linked polyolefin (XLPE) with a hot-melt adhesive. When heating, the sleeve shrinks and the adhesive melts, thereby achieving tightly bonding between the sleeve and the cable. It provides an excellent solution of protection against mechanical stress, harshest environments, moisture and corrosion. CWRF is a fiber reinforced repair sleeve, which is composed of XLPE and fiber layer. It can provide better mechanical properties. CWRA is a fiber reinforced and aluminum layer reinforced repair sleeve, which is composed of XLPE, fiber layer, and aluminum layer. It can provide more stronger mechanical properties than CWRS and CWRF.
The inflatable duct sealing system (IDSS) is a wraparound, inflatable mastic-lined bladder used to seal empty or filled cable ducts. When inflated to proper air pressure, the IDSS seals the duct, guaranteeing a reliable water block. The IDSS can be installed in cable ducts in manhole, vaults, buildings, cabinets, or anywhere a reliable duct seal is needed. Application include ducts containing multiple copper, coax, or fiber cable, customer premise cable entrance, and air pipes. IDSS can be installed between -40℃ to 75℃.
Cotran resin joint kits (CRJK), made from polyurethane resin (PUR), are designed for indoor/outdoor (weather exposed), underground applications. CRJK is a safe, simple, and reliable jointing solution for both straight type and branch type joints. Excellent electrical and physical properties of CRJK make them ideal for insulating and protecting electrical assemblies. The PUR resin also can be suitable for use as adhesives or sealants. Flame retardant PUR is also available.

The joint has completely sealed structure with high mechanical strength and good sealing performance. 6. Joint protecting is made of insulating copper case with high-intensitive T2 copper, and the moulded high-density PE material of its external surface is used for insulation and anti-corrosion with good mechanical protection and permanent waterproof sealing performance, which ensure the joint to run safely and reliably in the long-term under harsh environment.In addition, it can equip glass fiber reinforced plastic protective box as a strengthen waterproof measure accordingly. 7. Special installer tools make the installation more convenient.

The core is removed after the tube is positioned for installation over an inline connection, or terminal lug, allowing the tube to shrink and provide a excellent waterproof seal and electrical insulation. Dry GIS termination has composite structure of stress cone and epoxy sheath, making the surface of pre-fabricated stress cone clinged to the inner wall of epoxy sheath through spring assembly to reach reasonable interface pressure.
